Important Notes



Communication - check the Bulletin Board for daily news and updates and regularly check your UNSW email

Assessent forms - You will be required to return all assessment forms to the clinical school for processing. It is the students responsiblity to follow this up with their respective supervisors.
You have three forms that need to be submitted promptly to the Clinical School at the end of each attachment:
  1. Learning plan - MUST be signed or co-signed by your term supervisor
  2. Oral/Written Case Based Assessment Form - Signed by your term supervisor or appropriate registrar
  3. Mini-CEX Assessment Form - Signed by your term supervisor or appropriate registrar

Feedback - You are required to submit your feedback on teaching. Please refer to the Feedback webpage.

Clinical Skills (white) books - Your 'whitebook' will be with you for the duration of Phase 3. You MUST look after this book and bring it along with you to all teaching sessions. All aspects will be required to be signed off.

Tips on Effective Studying in Phase 3
Some great tips on how to go about studying effectively in Phase 3, as well as reviewing some of the course structures and assessment requirements are covered in Prof Jones' slides from the orientation session for Phase 3 students. These are available on the MedSoc website [click here to access].
